  Instructions for using the fan:
  In order to extend the service life and improve the efficiency of your fan, please read and follow the regular maintenance instructions carefully.
  1. Please check if the installation foundation is in good condition, if the motor wiring is correct, if the electrical system meets the specifications, and ensure that the fan operates normally.
  2. The operating conditions for the fan are relative humidity ≤ 100%, fiberglass fan suitable for air temperature range of 20 ℃~60 ℃, plastic fan suitable for temperature range of 0 ℃~50 ℃, and gas particle content ≤ 150mg/m3.
  3. The air inlet of the fan should be equipped with a protective net to prevent the fan from inhaling hard objects and flying out to injure people.
  4. Please make sure to confirm whether the fan is running in the correct direction and do not reverse it, otherwise it may cause the motor to burn out.
  5. The normal exhaust medium of the fan is dry and clean air. For fans working in environments with oil fume, dust, and acidic or alkaline accumulation gases, please regularly clean the fan blades. During cleaning, do not strike the fan blades by gravity, and ensure that each blade has no residual paint, dust, or acidic or alkaline crystal blocks to avoid fan vibration caused by blade imbalance.
  6. Before maintenance or disassembly of the fan, the power must be cut off to avoid accidents.
  7. When there is a serious malfunction of the fan (severe vibration/deformation of the main shaft and fan/burnt bearings), non professionals are not allowed to disassemble the fan to avoid danger.
  8. If you encounter any unresolved issues, please call the supplier/distributor/manufacturer.
  9. Regular maintenance schedule: (Please strictly follow)
  Oil lubrication: After using the fan for 90 days, please replace the No. 30, No. 40 oil or No. 3 lithium grease. In the future, add oil as appropriate, and do not exceed half of the oil level mirror when adding oil
  Cleaning of fan blades: 1. The fan blades are prone to deposits of oil stains, dust, and other attachments. Pay attention to cleaning the interior of the casing and the debris drawn by the fan blades. 2. For fans working in environments with smoke exhaust, dust, and acidic or alkaline accumulation gases, it is recommended to clean them every 15-30 days.
  Note: Special note: Before maintenance, it is necessary to determine the actual lubricating oil required for the bearing seat. Butter lubrication: UKP/UCP/KSK/monomer water-cooled oil cooling seat, etc. Oil lubrication: connected water-cooled oil cooling seat/bearing seat with oil mirror, etc. Special types and high-temperature resistant bearings require the addition of corresponding lubricating oil or consultation with the manufacturer. If the fan is damaged due to irregular maintenance (failure to refuel on time or overdue refueling and failure to clean the fan blades on time), it is not covered by the warranty.
